  * builds/unix/freetype-config.in: Add new flag `--ftversion' to
  return the FreeType version.  Suggested by George Williams

  <op_closepath>: Accept `T1_Parse_Have_Moveto' state also which can
  happen in empty glyphs.  Reported by Ian Brown
