  Improve inter-letter spacing for autohinted glyphs.
  
  * include/freetype/freetype.h (FT_Glyph_Metrics): Add elements
  `lsb_delta' and `rsb_delta'.
  
  * src/autohint/ahhint.c (ah_hinter_load): Set `lsb_delta' and
  `rsb_delta' in slot->metrics.
