Add new cmap support to BDF driver * src/bdf/bdfdrivr.c (BDF_CMapRec) [FT_CONFIG_OPTION_USE_CMAPS]: New structure. (bdf_cmap_init, bdf_cmap_done, bdf_cmap_char_index, bdf_cmap_char_next) [FT_CONFIG_OPTION_USE_CMAPS]: New functions. (BDF_Get_Char_Index) [!FT_CONFIG_OPTION_USE_CMAPS]: Use only conditionally. (BDF_Face_Init): Handle `AVERAGE_WIDTH' and `POINT_SIZE' keywords. Implement new cmap handling. (bdf_driver_class): Updated.

Special notes to Unix users =========================== Please read the file "README.UNX", it contains important information regarding the installation of FreeType on Unix systems, especially GNU based operating systems like GNU/Linux. FreeType 2's library is called `libfreetype', FreeType 1's library is called `libttf'. They are *not* compatible! FreeType 2.1.1 ============== Please read the docs/CHANGES file, it contains IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Read the files "docs/INSTALL" or "docs/BUILD" for installation instructions. Note that the FreeType 2 documentation is now available as a separate package from our sites.
