  Remove useless `rm' detection.
  
  `rm -f' is directly used in the `configure' script created by
  autoconf, thus no availability test is necessary.
  
  * builds/unix/configure.raw (RMF): Remove test.
  * builds/unix/unix-def.in (DELETE): Updated.
