(gl_WCHAR_H_DEFAULTS): Initialize GNULIB_WCSXFRM, HAVE_WCSXFRM. * modules/wchar (Makefile.am): Substitute GNULIB_WCSXFRM, HAVE_WCSXFRM. * tests/test-wchar-c++.cc: Test the declaration of wcsxfrm. * doc/posix-functions/wcsxfrm.texi: Mention the new module.
