fdl.texi: make a symlink to the latest version * doc/standards.texi: Revert today's earlier change. * doc/fdl-1.2.texi: Rename from old fdl.texi... * doc/fdl.texi: ...and replace this with a symlink to the newer fdl-1.3.texi. Signed-off-by: Eric Blake <ebb9@byu.net>
