(FOLD): Do not assume that characters are unsigned. (fnmatch): Fix some FNM_FILE_NAME and FNM_LEADING_DIR bugs, e.g. fnmatch("d*/*1", "d/s/1", FNM_FILE_NAME) incorrectly yielded zero.
