parse-datetime: Update documentation regarding non-Gregorian calendars. * doc/parse-datetime.texi (General date syntax): Mention that date syntax should use the Gregorian calendar. Change examples that use %Y to use LC_ALL=C, so that they work even for users in Thailand, Iran, or Ethiopia.
