pselect: Fix compilation error in C++ mode on AIX 7. * lib/sys_select.in.h (pselect): Use _GL_CXXALIAS_SYS_CAST instead of _GL_CXXALIAS_SYS. * doc/posix-functions/pselect.texi: Mention the AIX problem.
