Be sure that headers are checked before used in code compiled for the type checks. (jm_MACROS): Remove all header checks. In place of that, invoke jm_CHECK_ALL_TYPES. (jm_CHECK_ALL_HEADERS): New functions with the above checks. (jm_CHECK_ALL_TYPES): Require jm_CHECK_ALL_HEADERS.
