doc: Adjust platforms that define O_CLOEXEC in unistd.h. Suggested by Bruno Haible. * posix-headers/unistd.texi: Mention that macOS 12 and AIX 7.3 do not define O_CLOEXEC in this header. Remove redundant MSVC.
