wcwidth: Don't use obsolete syntax of 'test'. Reported by Eric Blake. * m4/wcwidth.m4 (gl_FUNC_WCWIDTH): Don't optimize two 'test' invocations into one, as POSIX marks '-a' and '-o' as "obsolescent".
