gnulib-tool.py: Make regex uses more straightforward. * pygnulib/constants.py: Don't use the "minimal matching" *? construct when it makes no difference (because we're matching a single line only and flag re.M is not specified). * pygnulib/GLModuleSystem.py: Likewise.
