reallocarray: Don't assume unportable behaviour of realloc. * lib/reallocarray.c (reallocarray): Handle the nbytes==0 case explicitly. * modules/reallocarray (Depends-on): Remove realloc-gnu. Add malloc-posix, realloc-posix.
