cloexec: relax license cloexec is a thin wrapper around fcntl, which is a glibc function and therefore reasonable for LGPL. Jim Meyering and Bruno Haible agreed to the change. * modules/cloexec (Maintainer): Add myself. (License): Use LGPL, not GPL. Signed-off-by: Eric Blake <ebb9@byu.net>
