bootstrap: pass --force to autoreconf. * build-aux/bootstrap (no_recursive): Remove, replaced by... (AUTORECONFFLAGS): this new variable. Add "--force" so that Automake's ylwrap and other such tools be updated at each bootstrap invocation. Use it.
