doc: Update documentation for 'open' errno discrepancies. * doc/posix-functions/open.texi: Document that NetBSD 10.0 and FreeBSD 14.2 set errno differently than POSIX specifies for 'open ("symlink", O_NOFOLLOW ...)'.
