gnulib-tool.py: Fix write failure due to bad sourcebase. * pygnulib/constants.py (cleaner): Only call strip() on string objects. * pygnulib/main.py (main): Fix parsing of AMLOCAL_AMFLAGS from Makefile.am. Add some comments from gnulib-tool.
