The files named by the following are exempted:
grep -v '^#' config/srclist.txt|grep -v '^$' \

echo "$dst"/$(basename "$src")
done > exempt
git ls-files tests/unictype >> exempt
In the remaining files, convert to all-interval notation if
- there is already at least one year interval like 2000-2003
- the file is maintained by me
- the file is in lib/uni*/, where that style already prevails
Otherwise, use update-copyright's default.

mkstemp: avoid conflict with C++ keyword template
Just because glibc uses K&R, and uses template as an identifier,
doesn't mean we have to.
* lib/mkdtemp.c (mkdtemp): Change spelling of template.
* lib/mkostemp.c (mkostemp): Likewise.
* lib/mkostemps.c (mkostemps): Likewise.
* lib/mkstemp.c (mkstemp): Likewise.
* lib/mkstemps.c (mkstemps): Likewise.

tempname: resync from glibc
* lib/tempname.c (__gen_tempname): Add suffixlen argument. Use
same values for __GT_FILE as glibc. Abort even when assertions
are disabled.
* lib/tempname.h (GT_FILE): Use glibc __GT_FILE, if available, and
match its value otherwise. Allow idempotent inclusion.
* lib/mkdtemp.c (mkdtemp): Adjust caller.
* lib/mkostemp.c (mkostemp): Likewise.
* lib/mkstemp.c (mkstemp): Likewise.
* lib/tmpfile.c (tmpfile): Likewise.
* NEWS: Document this.
