* doc/posix-functions/sigsetjmp.texi (sigsetjmp): Cygwin has
sigsetjmp.
* doc/posix-functions/siglongjmp.texi (siglongjmp): Cygwin has
siglongjmp, but only as a macro.
* doc/posix-functions/_longjmp.texi (_longjmp): Mention that this
is obsolete.
