    Rename module stdckdint to stdckdint-h.

* modules/stdckdint-h: Renamed from modules/stdckdint.

* tests/test-stdckdint-h.c: Renamed from tests/test-stdckdint.c.
* tests/test-stdckdint-h-c++.cc: Renamed from

* doc/posix-headers/stdckdint.texi: Update.
* doc/intprops.texi: Update.
* modules/* (Depends-on): Update.
* modules/stdckdint: New file.
