Revert "hb-private.hh: Add fallback implementation for round()" This reverts commit b9dcbb1f8312d8606b230f75594d40b7d4087004. This is gross. Should be only done if a specific macro is defined. Not the other way around. This fails my build as autotools companions where not added anyway.
