  [subset/hvar/retaingids] Synthesize a DeltaSetIndexMap if needed
  
  Before we were emitting the entire VarStore rows if advMap
  was Null. Instead, synthesize an advMap.
  
  20% speed up in subset_glyphs/SourceHanSans-VF.otf/retaingids benchmark.
