cmake: do not link libevent with libevent_core When add_event_library macro was called without the INNER_LIBRARIES parameter, it reused the value set by a previous call, since the INNER_LIBRARIES variable was not reset.

1. BUILDING AND INSTALLATION
Autoconf

CMake (Windows)
Install CMake: https://www.cmake.org

Package Managers
You can download and install libevent using the vcpkg dependency manager:
git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg.git cd vcpkg ./bootstrap-vcpkg.sh ./vcpkg integrate install ./vcpkg install libeventThe libevent port in vcpkg is kept up to date by Microsoft team members and community contributors. If the version is out of date, please create an issue or pull request on the vcpkg repository.
