Travis: Use xcode7.3 image The xcode7.2 image is verfallen, verlumpt, verblunget, verkackt This also ensures that the build scripts are checked out from a branch matching the libjpeg-turbo repository branch (not strictly necessary when building from master, but it keeps the code in sync with dev.)
