tjbench.c: Clean up THROW_TJ*() macro usage - Don't report which function was being called when a TurboJPEG error occurred, because the TurboJPEG error message already contains that information. - Use THROW_TJG() for functions that report errors globally instead of through an instance handle. - Use THROW_TJ() for the image I/O functions. - Formatting tweaks
