Message : Remove vestigial filenames from SIMD code headers These were a relic of libjpeg/SIMD, which attempted to follow the conventions of the libjpeg source code, but they are no longer relevant (or even accurate in some cases.)

     *
     * Avoid floating point arithmetic by using shifted integer constants:

     * These constants are defined in jcgray-neon.c

     * This is the same computation as the RGB -> Y portion of RGB -> YCbCr.
