parser: Prepare to make decompression opt-in Add a new parser option XML_PARSE_UNZIP that enables decompression. xmlReadFile, xmlCtxtReadFile and xmlCreateURLParserCtxt always set this option currently, but downstream users should start to set the option if they really need it.
