Optimization of count(): eliminated sorting (see bug #165547). * xpath.c: Optimization of count(): eliminated sorting (see bug #165547). Optimization of XPATH_OP_FILTER if the predicate is a [1] (disable with XP_OPTIMIZED_FILTER_FIRST if it produces trouble). Tiny opt in xmlXPathNodeSetMerge().
