buf: Remove ABI compatibility hack I think this was required when some struct members like xmlParserInputBuffer::buffer were changed from xmlBuffer to xmlBuf (20+ years ago). Unfortunately, I missed the opportunity to align xmlBuffer with xmlBuf before the ABI break.
