Releasing 2.2.6 after adding xpathInternals.h:
- configure.in: release 2.2.6
- xpath.[ch] xpointer.c xpathInternals.h: added xpathInternals.h
exporting the inner functions of xpath for extension modules
- doc/*: updated and rebuilt the doc
