- xpath.c: trying to get 52979 solved
- tree.c result/ result/noent/: trying to get 52712 solved, this
also made me clean up the fact that XML output in general should
not add formating blanks by default, this changed the output of
a few tests

- parser.c: fixing bug 52299 strange condition leading
to a parser crash due to a buffer overflow

Bunch of new parser cleanup work:
- SAX.c tree.c debugXML.c: fixed bogus behaviour when an
undeclared namespace prefix was used, added a warning.
Cleaned up support w.r.t. entities, spilling out a warning
and being pedantic on lookups.
- test/warning/ent9 : added testcase for previous example.
- TODO: updated
- parserInternals.h parser.c: changed the way names are parsed
now allow infinite size and decrease penalty for normal use
- parser.c: Started a big cleanup/check of the parser code,
fixed some of the most tortuous entity code, spotted code
unused anymore
- test/*: added tests for very long names and related nasty
things.

Oops, it seems I forgot to commit 1.8.4 changes
- restored xmlNewGlobalNs since this seems used
- fixed a problem with INCLUDE_WINSOCK
- removed all calls to exit() from the library code.
- removed bugs detected by Windows compilers
- started adding interfaces for parsing well balanced XML fragments
- releasing 1.8.4
- rebuilt the docs

- changed the way Windows socket stuff get included
- removed an indetermination xmLDecl/PI(xml...)
- xmlNewNs wasn't checking for double definition
- fixed a problem with dist-hook duplicates
- fixed the loading of external entities APIs, now xmlLoadExternalEntity()
is used everywhere
- now the xhtml spec validates with the xhtml DTD.
- error.c: fixed crashes in case of no input stream
- added the xhtml spec and dtds to the validation tests and results
