    Added the function xmlSchemaValidateOneElement to the XML Schema

* xmlschemas.c include/libxml/xmlschemas.h: Added the function
  xmlSchemaValidateOneElement to the XML Schema validation API,
  as proposed by Jeffrey Fink - see bug # 152073.
