    fixed a bug failing to detect UTF-8 violations in CData in push mode.

* parser.c: fixed a bug failing to detect UTF-8 violations in
  CData in push mode.
* result/errors/cdata.xml* test/errors/cdata.xml: added the test
  to the regressions
