fix a bug raised by the Mips compiler. move the SAXv1 block definitions to * parser.c: fix a bug raised by the Mips compiler. * include/libxml/SAX.h include/libxml/parser.h: move the SAXv1 block definitions to parser.h fixes bug #123380 * xmlreader.c include/libxml/xmlreader.h: reinstanciate the attribute and element pool borken 2 commits ago.
