cleaned up the build process to remove all remains from the old gtk-doc * doc/Makefile.am doc/*.xsl doc/*.html doc/apibuild.py: cleaned up the build process to remove all remains from the old gtk-doc inherited, libxml2-refs.xml is now generated by apibuild.py, the stylesheets have been improved, and the API*html now generated are XHTML1 valid too Daniel
