added some code to include the CVS ChangeLog version in the * configure.in globals.c include/libxml/xmlversion.h.in include/libxml/xmlwin32version.h.in: added some code to include the CVS ChangeLog version in the xmlParserVersion string (printed by xmllint with --version)
