	47db054d	2012-11-13T13:41:01		config: distinguish between a lone variable name and one without rhs '[section] variable' and '[section] variable =' behave differently when parsed as booleans, so we need to store that distinction internally.
	fd29cd13	2012-03-31T16:10:01		Moved testing resources to clar, and removed old tests directory. Removed the BUILD_CLAR CMake flag, and updated the readme.
