Message : Bump _MODGO_SYSTEM_VERSION due to lang/go BTCFI support. Also remove USE_NOBTCFI, since this is no longer the case on amd64 and arm64 (the flag is still set on other architectures for the time being, but this is ineffective). ok sthen@
