  Message : update to py-cryptography-46.0.1, with cryptography_vectors patched to revert the build system change to uv_build. (it seems rather tricky to build the python parts of devel/uv with our build infrastructure, and building uv_build from the pypi sdist requires downloading during build unless hacked away).
