  Message : update to py-reportlab-3.5.68 the previous version doesn't work with Python 3.9 (base64 api change) newer versions exist (3.6.x) but have dropped Python 2.7 support which is required by graphics/sk1 (same for the newer upstream version - that port is outdated) reported+tested by Josh Grosse
