  Message : update plan9/plan9port to a newer snapshot (20230123) patch-src_libthread_daemonize_c was merged upstream; patch-src_mkhdr removed as per Kyle Milz suggestion, it's not needed anymore. Regen other patches. Drop the substitution for bin/wintext as now it's a rc script, and while here simplify do-install: there are no more any .cvsignore, .hg, .hgignore or .hgtags files. ok gsoares@
