  Message : Add PROTO_NORMAL() declarations for the remaining syscalls, to avoid future, inadvertant PLT entries. Move the __getcwd and __realpath declarations to hidden/{stdlib,unistd}.h to consolidate and remove duplication. ok tb@ otto@ deraadt@
