    Add Xtrans definitions (FONT_t, TRANS_CLIENT) to clean up warnings.

        source files in the xserver/xorg tree, predicated on defines of
        HAVE_{DIX,XORG}_CONFIG_H. Change all Xfont includes to
        <X11/fonts/foo.h>.
