Message : Update all font packages to latest versions. Main change is the use of the new XORG_DEFAULT_NOCODE_OPTIONS autotools option that reduces the configure scripts by a fair amount. Will speed up builds a bit. No actual changes to fonts.

    Stop running all sorts of compiler tests we don't need since there

    config: Use the shorthand --disable-all-encodings option in font-util v1.2
    
    This option is useful to disable all possible font encodings at once,
    without fine-graining the calling ebuilds for a list of encodings
    supported by each font package.
    
    The option is parsed before all other encoding options, so it basically
    sets defaults for all of them. Afterwards, any encoding can be
    re-enabled back using '--enable-<encoding>' (much like
    '--disable-all-encodings --enable-iso8859-2').

    Remove bogus glyphs for characters uni30D0, uni30D1, uni30D2 and uni30D3
    The 6x12 pixel roman variant had four inaccurate glyphs in the Katakana
    Range (Katakana ba, Pa, Hi, Bi).  None of the other fonts in this family
    have any glyphs in that character range, nor did R6x12 have any other
    Katakana glyphs.
