Using Gestalt with gestaltSystemVersion will give 0x1090 in Mac OS 10.10+, and the whole Gestalt function was deprecated in Mac OS 10.8. | ||

This triggers a "false" resume. So, we just pause and resume following the onWindowFocusChanged events. Also, wait for SDL_APP_WILLENTERBACKGROUND and SDL_APP_DIDENTERBACKGROUND before blocking the event pump. | ||
