    Message : Added SDL_SetWindowOpacity() and SDL_GetWindowOpacity(). This is currently implemented for X11, Cocoa, Windows, and DirectFB. This patch is based on work in Unreal Engine 4's fork of SDL, compliments of Epic Games.
