Revert "D3D11: Fix readback of BGRA-backed formats." This reverts commit 230d95616d1309914a6703e27a797a440806dd02. This broke GLES2ConformTest.GL2Tests_framebuffer_objects_input_run on the NVIDIA Win8 Chromium bots.
