Cubemap filtering is supposed to be seamless for ES3+ contexts.
Fixes 298 failures in dEQP-GLES3.functional.texture, mostly in
dEQP-GLES3.functional.texture.filtering and
dEQP-GLES3.functional.texture.shadow.
