Vulkan: Notify ContextVk when UtilsVk binds compute pipelines This issue was fixed for graphics pipelines (in UtilsVk::clearFramebuffer), but remained for compute pipelines. If UtilsVk issues a dispatch call, it now notifies ContextVk to rebind the pipeline and descriptor sets.
